At Monterey Park Hospital, our goal is always to exceed your expectations.
This is why we are constantly asking,
"How are we doing?" We want your experience here to be the best possible. Through satisfaction
surveys, our patients provide us with valuable feedback that we can use
to improve services for the community. We evaluate this feedback through
a standardized survey called HCAHPS.
What is HCAHPS, and what does it stand for?
HCAHPS stands for Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers
and Systems and is a standardized survey of hospital patients that will
capture patients' unique perspectives on hospital care for the purpose
of providing the public with comparable information on hospital quality.
